<strong>Qualified Social Worker, Continuing Healthcare Specialist, Huddersfield Council</strong><br><strong>Pay rate to £400 - £450 per day</strong><br><strong>Contract role</strong><br>Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced <strong>Continuing Healthcare Specialist</strong> to work in a Team in Huddersfield Council.<br><strong>Ideal Candidate Profile</strong><br>We are looking for someone who is:<br>· A confident CHC specialist with strong subject knowledge<br>· Experienced in influencing outcomes in complex and contested cases<br>· Comfortable operating at both practice and system level<br>· Able to support both immediate casework and longer-term improvement activity<br>· Focused on achieving the right funding outcomes for individuals and the system<br> <br> <br>Don’t forget, if this role isn’t the perfect fit, we’re confident we can find one that is.
