Join a reputable energy services organisation as an Accounts Assistant on a full-time, temporary basis, with an expected duration of approximately 6 weeks. You’ll play a key role in supporting a fast-paced finance team, ensuring purchase invoices are processed accurately and on time. Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Processing purchase invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assisting with the preparation of payment runs.
- Carrying out supplier statement reconciliations and resolving any discrepancies.
- Investigating and resolving queries in a professional and efficient manner.
- Supporting the preparation and production of reports as required.
- Assisting with the collation of information for annual audits and reviews.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a similar transactional finance or accounts role.
- Availability to begin a role at short notice.
- Strong IT skills, including experience with Excel and Sage.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, handling queries in a calm and professional manner.
