<p>Job Description:</p> <p>Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Temp to Perm</li> <li>£13.65</li> <li>Weekly Pay</li> <li>29 hours per week</li> <li>Immediate start</li> </ul> <p>Role Purpose</p> <p>Provide administrative and operational support to the Batley Warehouse, ensuring systems, records, and paperwork are accurate, compliant, and up to date to drive efficiency and productivity.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provide administrative support across warehouse operations</li> <li>Maintain and update systems, records, and documentation</li> <li>Data input/export and report creation using spreadsheets</li> <li>Analyse operational data (stock flow, transport, fleet, site financials, environmental KPIs)</li> <li>Support transport systems (e.g., tachograph, Podfather)</li> <li>Coordinate with freight forwarders and ensure legal export documentation compliance</li> <li>Liaise with transport teams, couriers, suppliers, and contractors</li> <li>Collate training and Health &amp; Safety records</li> <li>Support internal and external communications</li> <li>Contribute to continuous improvement of systems and processes</li> <li>Deliver against KPIs and provide strong customer service</li> </ul> <p>Skills &amp; Experience – Essential</p> <ul> <li>Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word</li> <li>Data collection, analysis, and report building experience</li> <li>Good communication and time management skills</li> <li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively</li> <li>Awareness of Health &amp; Safety requirements</li> <li>Understanding of warehouse inventory systems</li> </ul> <p>Desirable</p> <ul> <li>Experience in a large warehouse or eCommerce operation</li> <li>Knowledge of warehouse and transport management systems</li> </ul> <p>At Cogent Staffing, we are committed to ethical recruitment practices and fostering an inclusive workplace.
