<p>Act as the key liaison for all environmental affairs, ensuring strict adherence to EPA and DEP guidelines.</p>

<p>Coordinate the planning, budgeting, and supervision of intricate capital projects — from initial studies to finalization.</p>

<p>Create bid specifications, assess proposals, and negotiate contracts with suppliers and contractors.</p>
