Direct Hire

Pay: $43,000–$50,830 annually + strong incentives for top sellers

Start Date: As soon as possible

Hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days from home

Training: 8:30am–5:00pm EST

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00am–5:30pm + 1 Saturday/month

About the Role

This is a sales-driven position focused on helping clients with personal insurance needs. You’ll handle inbound calls and outbound follow–ups, guide customers through coverage options, and close sales.

What You’ll Do

• Sell personal insurance products via phone and email
• Follow up with clients to complete sales
• Maintain licensing through training and CE
• Keep an organized pipeline and prioritize leads
• Clearly explain coverage options to customers
