Behaviour Mentor / SEMH Teaching Assistant / Pastoral Support Worker Location: Norfolk Salary: £90–£110 per day (Depending on Experience) Job Type: Full-Time | Long-Term | Temp-to-Perm opportunities Start Date: ASAP / and September starts available. Are you an experienced Behaviour Mentor, SEMH Teaching Assistant, Learning Mentor, Pastoral Support Worker, Youth Worker, Support Worker or Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role? Key Responsibilities Support pupils with SEMH, ASD, ADHD and behavioural needs Deliver 1:1 support and small-group interventions Build positive relationships with students and act as a role model Support behaviour management and emotional regulation strategies Work alongside teachers, pastoral teams and SEN professionals Help create a safe, structured and engaging learning environment Encourage positive attendance, engagement and personal development Requirements Experience as a Behaviour Mentor, Teaching Assistant, Learning Mentor, Pastoral Support Worker, Youth Worker or Support Worker Experience supporting children or young people with SEMH, SEND, ASD, ADHD or behavioural needs Strong communication and relationship-building skills Calm, resilient and proactive approach Team Teach, PRICE, MAPA or de-escalation training desirable but not essential Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) Benefits Competitive daily pay rates (£90–£110 per day) Weekly pay Long-term role with potential ...
