<h3><strong>The Role</strong></h3>
<p>You’ll be part of a specialist team responsible for <strong>electronics assembly and through-hole soldering</strong>, working to high-quality standards across a range of products.</p>
<p>Your responsibilities will include:</p>

<li>Precision <strong>hand soldering (through-hole components)</strong></li>
<li>PCB assembly and component placement</li>
<li>Preparing kits and materials for production</li>
<li>Reading and interpreting <strong>engineering drawings and schematics</strong></li>
<li>Monitoring your own work to ensure <strong>high quality and consistency</strong></li>
<li>Supporting inspection and general production tasks</li>
<li>Using internal systems to track and process work</li>

<h3><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h3>

<li>Experience in <strong>electronics assembly, PCB work, or soldering</strong></li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity</li>
