With full P&L ownership and the chance to deliver against ambitious growth targets, this position offers genuine autonomy and visibility within the commercial team.

About the Role

As National Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of the Tesco Ireland and One Stop accounts – driving net sales, margin, and volume while ensuring strong JBP alignment and best-in-class execution. Working cross-functionally with Category, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain, you’ll deliver commercially sound plans that maximise visibility, distribution, and profitability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving insights-led conversations with buyers, ensuring data translates into actionable plans.
  • Leading internal and external business reviews to track performance, highlight  opportunities, and address challenges.
  • Ensuring operational excellence through accurate forecasting, claims management, and promotional planning.

About You

We’re looking for a commercially astute operator with proven success in grocery, convenience or off trade wholesale account management. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced FMCG environment and bring both strategic thinking and sharp executional skills.

What we’re looking for:

  • 1 year minimum experience managing grocery, convenience and wholesale
  • Full P&L ownership and ability to deliver against key commercial metrics.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and resilience when navigating challenging buyers.
  • Wine/spirits experience advantageous, though not essential.
  • Confident in Excel and PowerPoint, with a keen eye for detail.

Why Join?

This is a high-profile role within a collaborative commercial team, offering the chance to make a tangible impact across grocery and  accounts. You’ll gain exposure to strategic planning, brand activation, and category management – all while working with a respected drinks business known for its culture and growth.
