Job Description

Key responsibilities will involve designing and developing age-appropriate educational activities, lesson plans, and digital resources for children aged 0-5. You will create engaging video content, interactive online games, and printable activity packs that can be easily accessed and used by families at home. Another crucial aspect involves conducting virtual consultations and providing guidance to parents and caregivers on child development, learning strategies, and parenting techniques. You will also be responsible for researching and staying abreast of the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education, particularly concerning digital learning and remote support. Collaboration with a team of educators and content creators to ensure a cohesive and high-quality digital offering is essential. This role requires excellent communication skills to effectively connect with both children (through digital mediums) and their families.

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field (e.g., N.V.Q. Level 3 or above in Childcare). A minimum of 3 years of experience working directly with young children in an early years setting is required. Proven ability to create engaging educational content, preferably for digital platforms, is highly desirable. Excellent IT literacy, including proficiency with common software, online platforms, and ideally video editing tools, is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a warm, empathetic, and encouraging tone, are necessary for effective remote interaction. You must be highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing your time effectively to meet project deadlines in a remote work environment. This fully remote role offers the flexibility to work from home, coupled with a competitive salary and opportunities for professional growth.
