Warszawa-based opportunity with remote work model (up to 4 days remote per week).
As a Senior Incident & Problem Management Specialist, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the IT industry. You will play a vital role in managing critical incidents, analyzing root causes, and streamlining processes to ensure seamless service delivery. Your main responsibilities:
Manage incidents and problems in accordance with best ITIL practices to minimize business disruptions.
Oversee the incident/problem management process and coordinate teams responsible for resolution.
Analyze incidents to identify root causes and prioritize requests based on urgency and impact.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Create incident reports to track performance, identify trends, and support strategic decisions.
Communicate with senior management regarding critical incidents and their potential impact.
Collaborate with support teams and external vendors to resolve issues timely and efficiently.
Monitor incident progress and ensure timely resolution, maintaining high service quality.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in incident/problem management.
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
High attention to detail and proactive mindset.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
Fluency in Polish and good command of English (minimum B2 level).
It is a strong plus if you have:
Additional certifications in IT service management or related fields.
Language Required for the role:
Polish — professional proficiency required.
