Lead initiatives focused on understanding, measuring, and improving the end-to-end experience for key products in the Consumer Lending portfolio. Role will be pivotal in strengthen member engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty strategies throughout the account lifecycle. Utilize market research, member insights, and deep subject matter expertise to formulate actionable recommendations that deliver meaningful value and best-in-class experiences to our members. Develop and communicate a clear vision to senior stakeholders and partner teams, ensuring alignment with Consumer Lending’s business objectives with the organization's broader strategic vision and goals. Collaborate and build relationships across the organization to support development and implementation of recommendations.
