An established Independent Insurance Broker in the Bedford area is seeking an experienced Lead Commercial Broker to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially focused professional ready to take on a leadership role with strong earning potential.
The Role:
- Manage and service a portfolio of commercial clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide expert advisory support across commercial risks
- Support and lead team members
- Drive growth through account development and new opportunities
- Daily use of Acturis (essential)
About You:
- 10–15 years’ commercial insurance experience
- Previous management experience
- Cert CII qualified
- Strong advisory and relationship-building skills
- Supportive, friendly and professional approach
