This role gives you the opportunity to join an exciting and growing consultancy firm based in Dublin City Centre. In this role you will provide support to their clients across financial services including FinTech, Investments, Insurance and others. You'll play a key role in managing project delivery and supporting junior team members.

Your Role:

• Provide 2nd line advisory support to clients regarding their AML/Financial Crime requirements
• Conduct AML risk assessments and control reviews
• Evaluate policies, procedures, and transaction monitoring frameworks
• Support clients with remediations
• Remain up to date and support clients with any financial crime related regulatory changes, notably advising on any developments from AMLA
• Provide coaching to junior team members

About You:

• 5 years experience in a 2nd line AML Compliance role
• Experience working in Consulting and/or financial services
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable presenting reports and project updates to clients
