Key Responsibilities of the RN - Supervisor

• Provide oversight and direction to nursing staff
• Ensure quality patient care and adherence to protocols
• Assist in training and mentoring new staff members

Requirements of the RN - Supervisor

• Active RN license in California
• Current CPR certification
• Previous supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
