<p><strong>Retail Sales Executive </strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Hereford</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>Allwyn UK &#8211; provider of the UK National lottery </strong></p> <ul> <li>Remote &#8211; field sales role</li> <li>100% dealing with existing accounts</li> <li>Territory &#8211; Hereford</li> </ul> <p><strong>What is possible for you at Allwyn: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Allwyn are a multi-national lottery operator with a market-leading presence in Austria, the Czech Republic, Greece, Cyprus and Italy.</li> <li>They have been officially awarded the fourth 10-year licence to operate the UK National Lottery as of February 2024 and they are hiring!</li> <li>Be part of a €4 billion group with 6000 employees, servicing 130+ million players through 120K outlets</li> <li>Genuine career opportunities within a large sales function with its own Retail Sales Academy providing you with training and career development coaching</li> <li>Be part of a team who create social value, having raised £48 billion for 700,000 charities and community groups since 2019 through the UK National Lottery</li> </ul> <p><strong>The Retail Sales Executive Role:</strong></p> <p>This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to establish themselves within a large organisation who can offer stability and training with the opportunity of a great long term career!</p> <ul> <li>Build relationships and deliver the marketing plan with the retailer network in your area to drive sales of the National Lottery and therefore returns through to Good Causes</li> <li>Effective territory management to ensure you are with each retailer 5-6 times per year</li> <li>Work towards great in store execution of the category through a focus on distribution, availability, display, impact and retailer advocacy</li> <li>Use insights to discuss sales and returns to good causes confidently </li> </ul> <p><strong>ABOUT YOU:</strong></p> <p><strong>Essentials:</strong></p> <ul> <li>UK driving license with no more than 6 points</li> <li>Live within a commutable distance to territory</li> <li>Ability to use IT packages and be IT literate</li> </ul> <p><strong>What could you have done before:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous sales/account management experience &#8211; you could be in field sales or work internally in estate agents or recruitment as an example</li> <li>If not from a sales background you could have experience in retail such as being Trade Counter Manager</li> <li>You are a people person and confident speaking to retailers building great relationships and delivering training</li> <li>Can do attitude, focused on solutions</li> <li>Strong will to succeed with the ability to self-track targets</li> </ul> <p><strong>What is on offer:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Base salary dependent on experience from £27,000 &#8211; £30,000</li> <li>Bonus: Annually up to 30% of base salary available upon achieving targets</li> <li>BMW 2 Series Hybrid Automatic Plug in &#8211; circa 8% benefit in kind</li> <li>Contributory pension scheme with a max Allwyn contribution of 8.5%</li> <li>26 days holidays with bank holidays on top </li> <li>Life Insurance 4x annual base salary </li> <li>Private health insurance </li> <li>Income protection</li> </ul> <p><img src="https://counter.adcourier.com/Y29tbWVyY2lhbDkuOTA3MzAuMTMxMDhAYm1zLmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif"></p>
