A secondary school in the Rochdale area is seeking a Cover Supervisor to join their team on a flexible, ongoing basis.
About the role:
This role involves supervising classes across KS3 and KS4 during teacher absences. You will deliver pre-set work, maintain a positive learning environment, and ensure students remain engaged and on task.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Supervise classes using pre-prepared lesson materials</li>
<li>Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies</li>
<li>Ensure students stay focused and complete assigned tasks</li>
</ul>
 Pre-requisites:

<li>Experience working with young people</li>
<li>Strong communication and classroom management skills</li>
<li>Confidence leading groups of students</li>
<li>Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom settings</li>
