Job Type: Permanent<br />
Salary: Up to £27,000 – £30,000 (dependent on experience)</p>
<p>Our client is seeking a proactive and organised Construction Administrator to support daily operations. This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>
<p>You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth project delivery and supporting the office team with a range of administrative tasks:<br />
• Completing and managing Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs)<br />
• Booking accommodation for installation teams<br />
• Preparing and updating Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)<br />
• Producing and issuing site survey packs<br />
• Coordinating and maintaining the office diary<br />
• Logging and following up on incoming leads<br />
• Assisting with team and job scheduling<br />
• Answering phones and providing general office support</p>
<p>The Ideal Candidate:<br />
We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident juggling multiple responsibilities:<br />
• Experience in construction administration or a similar support role<br />
• Strong organisational and time management skills<br />
• Confident communication and interpersonal abilities<br />
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, email, and calendar tools<br />
• Able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines<br />
• A positive attitude and willingness to support the team wherever needed</p>
