ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain accurate financial records and reportsAssist with month-end and year-end closing activitiesReconcile bank accounts, general ledger accounts, and balance sheet accountsPrepare journal entries and support financial statement preparationProcess and analyze accounts payable and accounts receivable transactionsAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysisSupport internal and external audits by preparing requested documentationEnsure compliance with company policies and accounting standardsCollaborate with internal departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and improve processesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred2+ years of accounting experience preferredStrong understanding of general accounting principles (GAAP)Experience with general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end closeProficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software or ERP systemsExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsHigh level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail If you're a motivated accounting professional looking for your next opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
