Paying up to &pound;310/day (Outside IR35). Start ASAP in May/June 2026.</p> <p><strong>Hybrid Working</strong> &#8211; 2 days/week remote (WFH) + 3 days/week working from the office in <strong><em>London and Newbury</em></strong>.</p> <p>Working with a global IT Consultancy supporting a Telecoms end client with a Salesforce solutions project:</p> <ul> <li>Experienced hands-on Salesforce development experience delivering production solutions. implement agreed designs and architectural direction.</li> <li>Salesforce Developer work design and develop <strong>Salesforce solutions using Apex</strong>, <strong>Lightning Web Components, integrations</strong> and other Salesforce ecosystem technologies.</li> <li>Good knowledge of the <strong>Salesforce platform</strong>, including <strong>Sales Cloud and Service Cloud</strong>.</li> <li>Advanced proficiency in <strong>Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce and SOQL.</strong></li> <li>Hands-on experience with version control systems <strong>(Git, Bitbucket or similar).</strong></li> <li>Experience supporting <strong>CI/CD</strong> pipelines and work closely with DevOps to support releases, deployments and CI/CD processes, and to help maintain stable environments.</li> <li>Deliver business change on the Salesforce platform in alignment with agreed priorities, roadmap and delivery plans.</li> <li>Ensure Salesforce support activity is delivered within agreed SLAs, taking ownership of complex or high-impact incidents when required.</li> <li>Engage with the Business Change Team to understand clients strategic business goals, priorities and challenges.</li> <li>Strong communication stakeholders. skills.&nbsp; Ability to work independently while collaborating closely within a delivery team.</li> <li>Salesforce Platform Developer certification preferred</li> <li>Experience working in Agile delivery environments.</li> </ul>
