<p><br><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;"><strong>Job Summary</strong></span></p><p><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">This position supports end user devices and provides technical support.  A strong background in technical support, customer service and understanding of client-server relationships, networking, and diverse hardware devices is required for satisfactory results in this position.</span></p><p> </p><p><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;"><strong>Essential Functions of the Role</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Familiarity with remote monitoring and control tools used in audio-visual environments, including the ability to remotely monitor and manage classroom equipment when required.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to effectively utilize approved remote support tools to diagnose and resolve end-user issues.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Provides liaison support with Information Technology and Audio-Visual vendors and contractors, ensuring the support of managed services in assigned areas.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Interfaces with users through training, education, tutorials, and problem resolution in a classroom environment.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Coordinates and communicates effectively with others to complete assigned work.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Performs troubleshooting of technical office equipment and peripherals, including telephony, printer configuration, scanners, and applicable hospital or research equipment.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">This role supports the classroom and the technology in it — not identity, access, or backend systems.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Performs other duties as assigned or required.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">This role is 100% onsite support.</span></li></ul><p> </p><p><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;"><strong>Key Success Factors</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Advanced computer troubleshooting skills, problem solving abilities, ability to support logical thinking and conclusions.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Effectively provide audience appropriate communication.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Professional attitude, dress and customer service skills.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Two or more years of experience in an Information Technology position required.</span></li></ul><p> </p><p><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;"><strong>Ideal Schedule: </strong></span></p><p><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Monday, Wednesday, Friday (7:30AM -
