You will lead by example, creating a polished and welcoming environment while managing the day-to-day flow of a busy and ever-changing front-of-house.<br><strong> </strong><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br><ul><li>Take full ownership of the reception area, maintaining a professional, calm and highly organised front-of-house presence at all times</li><li>Manage a high-volume flow of guests, ensuring every interaction reflects the firm’s brand and standards</li><li>Oversee and coordinate meeting room management, including scheduling, set-up, resets and troubleshooting last-minute changes</li><li>Support and coordinate large-scale internal events, including town halls, investor meetings and company-wide gatherings</li><li>Operate and manage a busy switchboard, handling calls efficiently and with confidence</li><li>Build strong working relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted point of contact across the business</li><li>Lead and mentor junior or supporting reception staff where applicable, ensuring consistency in service delivery</li><li>Oversee front-of-house suppliers and ensure stock levels, presentation and facilities are maintained to a high standard</li><li>Assist with light office management duties, including liaising with facilities, managing deliveries and supporting the smooth running of the workspace</li></ul><strong> </strong><br><strong>About You</strong><br><ul><li>Extensive experience as a corporate receptionist within financial services, investment, or a fast-paced global technology environment</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure, high-traffic setting</li><li>Exceptional communication skills with a calm, confident and professional manner</li><li>Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise</li><li>Confident managing meeting room systems, switchboards and front-of-house technology</li><li>A natural leader who takes pride in setting standards and elevating the reception function</li><li>Impeccable presentation and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service</li></ul><strong> </strong><br><strong>The Environment</strong><br>This is a fast-paced, modern and collaborative business with beautifully designed offices in Liverpool Street.
