  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with key stakeholders to co-develop and implement robust and scalable processes.
  • Drive Change Management: Lead process transformation initiatives, ensuring stakeholder engagement and successful adoption.
  • Ensure Documentation & Governance: Maintain up-to-date documentation and contribute to governance forums (e.g., project reviews, milestone meetings).

You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science, engineering, or quality management (or an equivalent field), providing you with a strong technical background. You are fluent in professional English, and knowledge of French or Italian would be considered an asset.

Professional Skills and Experience

You have at least five years of proven experience in managing R&D processes and methodologies, ideally within an industrial or technological environment. You are knowledgeable in quality and continuous improvement methods such as Lean and Six Sigma, and you are familiar with ERP systems as well as document management tools.

Your profile combines strong analytical skills, rigor, and organizational ability with the capacity to work cross-functionally and bring together multidisciplinary teams. You communicate effectively in both written and oral form across different functions, and you maintain a results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
