About the Role
Job Description: TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc. has an open position in the Wellford, SC, Distribution Center for an Operator I. All Operators must meet the minimum requirements for the Operator position and will be required to perform all duties as required. Department assignments are subsets of the Operator position and do not supersede the Operator requirements. All employees are required to work within all facets of the Operator Position and will not be limited by a specific department assignment. Responsibilities: Follow all SOPs to ensure process adherence and Inventory accuracy Stack skids or pallets in designated areas. Strive for continual improvement in departmental processes and functions. Lump and receive orders as needed Pick and pull all materials for orders Load orders on the assigned truck Manual movement of freight, tools, and supplies Maintain a clean, safe work environment. Comply with all company policies. Use of simple math skills. Work from lists, orders, or instructions. Use a weight scale. Must operate equipment safely and wear specified PPE as deemed necessary for the safety of the operator, coworkers, and facility. Must possess a cooperative attitude toward coworkers and management. Available to work long hours and weekends, as needed. Adhere to the company's quality policy to provide customer satisfaction through high-quality products, delivered on time at a cost that represents value. Other duties as required. Physical Demands: Standing/walking for long periods. Repetitive motion. Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling of parts and containers. Frequent lifting up to 50lbs – team lifts over 50lbs. Able to work in various temperature conditions.
