About the Role

We are looking for experienced and dedicated Family Court Advisers (FCAs) to join our Private Law teams. This flexible role involves working across office, home, court, and school settings to support families and ensure the best outcomes for children.

Key Responsibilities

Family Court Advisers in the Private Law team work with families where the court is required to determine child arrangements. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting assessments directly with children.
• Gathering and understanding children's views, wishes, and feelings.
• Representing the child's interests to the court through written reports and evidence.
• Advocating for arrangements that serve the child's best interests.
