This is a remote position.

Empowers Staffing is seeking experienced IT recruiters who want to earn additional income by working in high-value technical roles.

This is a 100% commission-based, remote opportunity designed for recruiters who already have access to candidates, networks, or sourcing capability and want to monetize that immediately without restrictions.

You can work on your own schedule, from anywhere, with full flexibility.

  • Source and submit qualified candidates for IT roles
  • Work on positions across software engineering, data, cloud, DevOps, and related fields
  • Collaborate with our team to move candidates through the hiring process
  • Help drive successful placements
  • Earn up to 40% commission on placement margins
  • No cap on earnings
  • Higher production = higher commission

If you bring your own client and place a candidate:

  • You may earn both Account Executive + Recruiter commission
  • Recruiters currently working at agencies who want additional income
  • Independent recruiters with candidate pipelines
  • Recruiters with strong sourcing skills and networks
  • Anyone who wants flexibility and performance-based earnings
  • High commission structure (up to 40%)
  • No cap on earnings

This is a commission-only (1099) role. There is no base salary. Earnings are directly tied to successful placements you close.

Proven experience recruiting for IT roles (software, data, cloud, DevOps, etc.)

Strong candidate sourcing ability (LinkedIn, job boards, networks, referrals)

Ability to identify and qualify technical talent quickly

Experience working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Strong communication and follow-up skills with candidates

Ability to manage multiple candidates and roles at the same time

Self-motivated and able to work independently without supervision
