As Team Leader Hardware Development (m/f/d), you will actively shape the future of our dedicated servers at our location in Falkenstein/Vogtland and work with your team to develop and test innovative solutions for our products. Your responsibilities: Lead and develop a hybrid hardware development team across multiple locations Closely coordinate development goals, requirements, and priorities with the product manager Plan resources, allocate tasks and clearly structure the work within the team Taking responsibility for escalated technical support tickets Manage the lifecycle of existing hardware systems Continuously improve the development process and promote efficient and quality-oriented best practices within the team What impresses us: Knowledge of server hardware and related electronic and mechanical components Good German and English language skills Good organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility, as well as openmindedness Strong communication skills and the ability to see things from employees’ and customers’ points of view Willingness to regularly travel to our Gunzenhausen location
