What You’ll Be Doing<br />
As the backbone of the HR function, you’ll be involved in a wide range of activities, including:<br />
• Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries<br />
• Managing HR inboxes and ensuring a professional, timely response<br />
• Supporting employee relations processes (disciplinaries, absence reviews, welfare meetings)<br />
• Maintaining accurate HR records and systems<br />
• Managing absence data and supporting payroll accuracy<br />
• Assisting with recruitment and onboarding – offers, contracts, inductions, and compliance checks<br />
• Coordinating leavers, exit processes, and references<br />
• Supporting HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives<br />
• Helping with workplace facilities and health and safety administration<br />

What We’re Looking For<br />
We’re keen to speak with candidates who:<br />
• Have previous experience in an HR Admin or people support role<br />
• Are confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)<br />
• Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills<br />
• Can multitask, prioritise, and thrive in a busy environment<br />
• Are detail-oriented, organised, and proactive<br />
• Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality<br />
