Senior Credit Controller

A leading private Hospital in London is looking for an experienced Credit Controller on an initial 6-month contract (strong chance of extension).

This is a hybrid role, with an in-office presence required 3 days per week in central London.

Applicants must have prior experience working in Private Healthcare Credit Control, and should be familiar with processes around chasing PMI and self-pay debt.

Responsibilities:

• Finalise daily billing and ensure accurate charging for self-pay and PMI patients
• Manage and resolve billing queries from patients, insurers and internal teams
• Liaise with clinical departments to clear blockers and support smoother cash collection
• Complete invoicing via EDI/manual systems and support credit control with month-end activity
• Escalate billing issues or trends and provide cover across the team

Requirements:

• Experienced in credit control within a Private Healthcare setting crucial
• Immediately Available to start a new role
• Highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable with MS Excel
