</div><div><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">The Operations Manager will require to demonstrate the following:</span><br /><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">• Experience of working in a similar role within the service industry.</span><br /><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">• Excellent commercial and communication skills with contractual knowledge.</span><br /><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">• Proven experience in FM industry covering hard and soft services with a technical background being advantageous.</span><br /><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">• Able to demonstrate attention to detail and adherence to standards.</span><br /><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">• Analyse problems analytically, develop opportunities and implement innovative solutions.</span><br /><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">• Experience in project management.</span></p></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'><b>About BAM</b></H2>
