Co-Bot Operator (Weld Dept) - 1st Shift Advance Services, Inc. is looking to hire a Co-Bot Operator in Grand Island, NE. This position is a great opportunity for individuals interested in manufacturing and robotic welding technology. The role focuses on operating collaborative robotic welding equipment, producing quality components, and maintaining safety and production standards in a fast-paced fabrication environment. Job Duties: Operate collaborative robotic welding equipment (co-bots) to weld metal components according to blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications. Load and position parts, adjust machine settings, and monitor equipment operation to ensure quality welds. Perform inspections of completed parts to verify accuracy and meet quality standards. Complete basic troubleshooting, machine adjustments, and routine equipment checks. Use hand tools and measuring equipment as needed for fabrication tasks. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while following all company safety and production procedures.
