<p>Our client is a Market-Leading Residential and Commercial, Interior Design and Management Studio, based in St.Margarets, West London. Due to continued growth, the business is seeking a Studio-Based Design Assistant to join their vibrant studio environment, and it's friendly, collaborative, and expanding team.</p>
<p>This role offers the opportunity to become a key contributor within an established business, playing an important part in its ongoing growth and success.</p>
<p><b>Salary and Hours:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>£12,500 – £18,000 per annum, depending on hours and experience</li>
<li>Part-Time (ideal candidate would have scope to increase)</li>
<li>15 – 20 hours; Monday to Friday, occasional Saturday</li>

<p><b>Duties and Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>To support Lead Designer and Procurement and Project Manager</li>
<li>Sample library organisation</li>
<li>Product library organisation</li>
<li>Social media and marketing content creation and scheduling</li>
<li>Supplier liaisons </li>
<li>Following up on purchase orders</li>
<li>Following up on client invoices</li>
<li>Organising client meetings and diary management </li>
<li>Project and product research </li>
<li>Some Sketchup and Layout design work</li>
<li>Mood boards </li>
<li>Responding to leads and enquiries</li>
<li>Generating new contacts leads and enquiries</li>
<li>Communicating with clients’ suppliers and trades at all stages</li>
<li>Organising portfolio photo shoots and assist with styling</li>
<li>Updating and managing Houzz Profile and other online platforms</li>
<li>To share responsibility of Studio cleanliness and upkeep</li>
</ul>

<p><b>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Competent use of Sketchup</li>
<li>Interest and some level of understanding of using AI to improve workflows and output within interiors</li>
<li>Ability to quickly and confidently pick up new software</li>
<li>Excellent communication, both verbal and written; Confident speaking over the phone and able to build rapport with different people; Excellent use of the English language </li>
<li>Ability to nurture relationships and be intuitive to client’s and colleague's needs </li>
<li>Understanding of social media and marketing</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Experience Needed:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum five years' working experience in any industry</li>
<li>Minimum one year working within design / building / bathrooms / kitchen industry</li>
<li>Experience of social media management </li>
<li>To have completed a SketchUp course – can be online or as part of a more formal education</li>
</ul>
