As a Packaging & Labeling Specialist (m/f/d), you will play a key role at the intersection of quality, logistics, and international project management. Your expertise will ensure that investigational medicinal products arrive safely, compliantly, and on time worldwide, wherever they are most urgently needed. As a Packaging & Labeling Specialist, you will coordinate the packaging and labeling of investigational medicinal products for clinical trials in Phases I to IV. You will ensure that all processes are implemented in compliance with regulatory requirements, high quality standards, and project-specific specifications. In this role, you will independently represent the Packaging & Labeling department within international project teams, manage schedules and budgets, and keep an eye on risks and optimization potential. Through close coordination with internal and external stakeholders, you will make a significant contribution to the smooth and timely execution of clinical trials.
- Bachelor's degree in natural sciences with many years of professional experience, Master's degree or relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a regulated industry/field
- Ability to independently develop and implement new technologies and concepts to optimize workflows
- Excellent MS Office skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken, due to the international working environment.
- High level of personal responsibility combined with a structured and goal-oriented work style as well as strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to be regularly present on-site and to work closely with the team.
