Role:
- Support pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) within the school’s specialist provision
- Provide 1:1 and small group support
- Assist with targeted interventions and differentiated learning activities
- Support pupils’ academic, social, emotional, and behavioural development
- Work closely with teachers, the SENCO, and support staff
- Help create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with SEND (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs)
- Patient, nurturing, and resilient approach
- DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
