Electrical Design Engineer

<div> <p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Electrical Design Engineer</strong></p> <p class="MsoNormal">Our client is in need of an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our expanding team based in Pittsburgh.<span> </span>As a rapidly growing automation company, we have a diverse customer base and anticipate a significant increase in sales over the next few years.</p> <p class="MsoNormal">Located in the Fox Chapel area, our client operates from a modern facility that provides ample space for continued growth and innovation.</p> <p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul style="margin-top: 0in" type="disc"> <li class="MsoNormal">Development of Electrical systems for industrial machinery</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Creation of technical drawings and documentation</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Ensuring that designs meet industrial standards and customer specifications</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Occasional travel to client sites for installation and maintenance support</li> </ul> <p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul style="margin-top: 0in" type="disc"> <li class="MsoNormal">Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Proficiency in CAD software and electrical design applications. Familiarity with AutoCAD Electrical is preferred</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Practical experience in electrical wiring and troubleshooting is advantageous</li> </ul> <p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Skills</strong></p> <ul style="margin-top: 0in" type="disc"> <li class="MsoNormal">Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems, components, and design concepts</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Ability to identify and resolve issues during the design and implementation phases</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Capacity to determine appropriate motor and amplifier sizes for projects</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Experience working with industrial robots is a plus</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
