What You’ll Do
As a key member of the onsite health team, you will:

Perform ergonomic assessments and implement corrective strategies to reduce workplace injuries.

Deliver first aid and triage support for musculoskeletal and non-musculoskeletal complaints.

Educate employees on injury prevention, wellness, and healthy lifestyle practices.

Partner with safety managers and HR teams to improve overall workforce wellbeing.

Document assessments and provide actionable insights through data reporting.

Support early intervention and return-to-work plans for injured employees.

EMR Systems: Proficiency preferred
Candidate Qualifications
Required:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training or related field
-
Current NATA BOC certification
-
Active state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
-
CPR/AED certification (AHA or equivalent)
-
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
-
1+ years of experience in industrial, occupational health, or sports medicine settings
-
Ergonomics and injury prevention experience
-
Familiarity with OSHA recordability and workers’ compensation procedures
-
CEAS or OSHA10 certification
