The ideal candidate will have experienced working in a fast-paced environment. <br />  <br /> <strong>Requirements:</strong>7+ years of development experience <ul> <li>3+ years as a team lead or similar position</li> <li>Code is open source (Java) but if you have architectural chops .Net will be considered</li> <li>Experience designing and implementing high scale, highly reliable software systems</li> <li>Experience designing and implementing cloud architectures</li> <li>Ability to maintain awareness and advise multiple teams with different tech stacks</li> <li>Ability to create high-level architectural specifications, frameworks and initial proofs of concept, as well as help teams execute against the plan</li> <li>Experience with coding and maintaining the code base in at least one project</li> <li>Experience with designing new software, making large revisions, and integrating with client systems</li> <li>Ability to collaborate with the development team to gain feedback and evaluate feasibility of various solutions</li> <li>Ability to switch context quickly to explain technologies to different audiences quickly and concisely</li> </ul>  <br /> <strong>Recommended but not required:</strong> <ul> <li>Experience with billion-dollar payment systems</li> <li>Experience with scaling a hypergrowth company</li> <li>Previous experience working with consultants (internally and externally) with positive outcomes.</li> </ul> Experience with AWS, Google Cloud and Azure specific products
