Our premium sensors are primarily used for perimeter protection – including critical infrastructure, military facilities, and VIP security applications. As a Business Developer EMEA (m/f/d), you will play a key role in opening new markets and positioning our cutting-edge technology in the field of perimeter security. You will identify new vertical applications, acquire potential customers, and contribute significantly to revenue growth in the region. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven professional who thrives in project-based work and has proven success in hardware or technical sales. If you are eager to take on responsibility and enjoy driving innovative security solutions in demanding international markets, you are the perfect fit for our team. Your tasks Growth: You take responsibility for existing customers and partners and have the opportunity to further develop ongoing business. Developing New Verticals: You identify and develop new business areas or customer segments. Building and Maintaining Relationships: You develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and know how to position our products/services as the ideal solution. Managing the Sales Cycle: You are responsible for the entire sales process, from initial contact and contract negotiation to closing the deal. Cross-Functional Collaboration: You work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience. Achieving and Exceeding Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets as well as key performance indicators (KPIs). Your profile Experience: You bring at least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, ideally in hardware or technical sales. Proven Success: You have a track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets, as well as building and expanding customer relationships. Strong Communication Skills: You excel in oral and written communication, presentations, and negotiations, and can convey complex content in a clear and understandable manner. Strategic Thinking: You quickly analyze situations, identify opportunities, and develop effective strategies to achieve goals. Initiative & Independence: You work proactively, responsibly, and solution-oriented, even in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Education: A bachelor’s degree is desirable but not mandatory. A degree in a technical field is an advantage, though business or commercial qualifications are also suitable. Languages: German (native / C2), English (business fluent / C1); additional European languages are a plus.
