About the Role
<p>Cherry Bekaert is partnered with a growing, global organization to identify a<strong> Payroll Manager to oversee U.S. and U.K. payroll operations.</strong> This is a fully remote role for candidates based on the East Coast.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage end‑to‑end U.S. and U.K. payroll processing</li>
<li>Oversee multi‑state and international payroll compliance</li>
<li>Act as a hands‑on “player‑coach” within the payroll function</li>
<li>Partner with HR, Finance, and external providers</li>
<li>Improve payroll processes, controls, and reporting</li>
<li>Support payroll team members and vendor relationships</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>7+ years of payroll experience, including management</li>
<li>Experience processing <strong>both U.S. and U.K. payroll</strong></li>
<li>UKG (or similar) payroll system experience required</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and reporting</li>
<li>Ability to work remotely on East Coast business hours</li>
