Zeiss SMT is looking for a Frontline Process Engineer (m/f/x) in Oberkochen.

Your role

• As a Frontline Process Engineer you will, among other things, work directly in the cleanroom on our DUV technology.
• You conduct analyses of existing manufacturing processes using your own observations, experiments, and metrics.
• You ensure the realization of improvement measures in terms of time, cost, and quality.
• You take on technical responsibility for an entire value-stream segment and actively shape production ramp-ups in collaboration with R&D.
• The technological evaluation and handling of customer complaints also fall within your responsibilities.

Your profile

• You have completed your university degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable STEM program with very good results.
• You already bring several years of experience in the evaluation, analysis, and optimization of complex manufacturing processes, as well as in applying problem-solving methods (8D, PDCA, Six Sigma).
• Enjoy working with complex technical systems, strong team spirit, willingness to work in a cleanroom environment, and fluent German plus good English skills round off your profile.
