Sets technical direction and provides problem solving guidance to other Engineers and Technicians. Complex Problem Solving: Analyzes and resolves intricate electrical engineering challenges using sophisticated analytical methods and innovative approaches. Advisory Support: Provides expert recommendations to management on best practices and technological advancements to enhance products and processes. Process Optimization: Identifies and implements technology driven improvements to optimize engineering workflows and increase operational efficiency. CrossFunctional Collaboration: Establishes and maintains relationships with internal and external subject matter experts to support medium to large sized projects. Key Skills: Electrical System Design: Expertise in designing and developing complex electrical systems and components. Advanced Problem Solving: Proficient in identifying and resolving intricate electrical engineering challenges using sophisticated analytical methods. Project Leadership: Skilled in leading and managing crossfunctional engineering projects from initiation to completion; able to drive results across organizational boundaries. Technical Expertise: Indepth knowledge of electrical engineering principles, standards, and best practices. Understands manufacturing processes. Other Qualifications: 4 Year Bachelors BS AND 8+ years equivalent experience International - Bachelors BS/University degree equivalent by Country AND 8+ years equivalent experience Aken - Certified Technician/ Bachelor
