About the Role

As Community Manager, you’ll be the on-site face of the development—responsible for delivering an exceptional resident experience while ensuring smooth operations across lettings, compliance, and site management. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the resident experience, drive leasing performance, and play a key role in the day-to-day success of a growing community.

Working closely with a wider property and operations team, you’ll take ownership of leasing activity, coordinate contractors, oversee compliance processes, and maintain high standards across the site.

 

Salary: up to ÂŁ32,5000 per annum

Location: North Northamptonshire

Contract: Permanent, Part Time

 

What You’ll Be Doing

Leasing & Lettings

    n
  • Lead on-site leasing activity, conducting viewings and managing enquiries
  • Support marketing campaigns and optimise conversion rates
  • Oversee applications, referencing, and move-in processes
  • Monitor occupancy levels and report on performance

Resident Experience

    n
  • Act as the primary point of contact for residents
  • Build a welcoming, professional community environment
  • Handle queries, resolve issues, and enforce lease terms
n

Operations & Compliance

    n
  • Coordinate statutory compliance activities and maintain accurate records
  • Monitor health & safety standards and escalate risks
  • Conduct regular site inspections and produce reports
n

Inventories & Voids

    n
  • Oversee check-ins, check-outs, and inventory processes
  • Coordinate cleaning, inspections, and readiness of vacant units
  • Support cost recovery with clear documentation
n

Contractor Coordination

    n
  • Manage contractor access and monitor on-site works
  • Ensure adherence to health & safety and site standards
n

What We’re Looking For

    n
  • Experience in residential property, lettings, or Build-to-Rent environments
  • Strong understanding of leasing processes and resident journeys
  • Knowledge of compliance and health & safety requirements
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Able to work independently while collaborating with a wider team
