HR Manager - Secondary School - Brent - ASAP Start - Full-TimeAre you an experienced HR professional with a background in education looking to make a meaningful impact? Do you want to play a key role in supporting staff and shaping a positive workplace culture within a thriving secondary school?Tradewind Recruitment is working with a welcoming and well-regarded secondary school in Brent seeking an HR Manager to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis with an immediate start. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled HR professional with school-based experience to lead on people strategy, ensure compliance, and support staff development in a dynamic school environment.HR Manager - Role OverviewAs HR Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing all aspects of human resources within the school.
