​WE’RE HIRING: DISPATCH OPERATORS (Forklift Drivers Required) Location: Tangmere, Chichester, West Sussex, PO20 2FT Start Date: 19th February Summary of the Role This is a dispatch role requiring certified forklift drivers. The position involves more than just forklift operation; you’ll play a key part in ensuring orders are checked, processed, and dispatched accurately while maintaining clear communication with drivers and team members throughout your shift. ​ Essential Duties & Responsibilities Operating a forklift safely and efficiently Checking and verifying order paperwork Coordinating and communicating with delivery drivers Ensuring accurate loading and dispatch of goods Maintaining clear communication with supervisors and colleagues Following health & safety procedures at all times ​ Requirements Valid forklift licence (essential) Previous experience in a dispatch or warehouse environment beneficial but not required Strong level of English (spoken and written) Confident communicator Good attention to detail Reliable and punctual ​ Shift Requirement Shift Pattern: 3 days on, 3 days off Working Hours: 06:00 – 19:00 Pay Rate £13.00 per hour
