Manufacturing Financial Controller&nbsp;

<li>Oversee and supervise Financial Team of five or more employees</li>
<li>Work with ownership closely</li>
<li>Cost accounting experience</li>
<li>Financial reporting</li>
<li>Monthly reports&nbsp;</li>
<li>Oversee payroll for staff of 75-100 employees</li>
<li>Experience working with multiple entities&nbsp;</li>
<li>Oversee all financial aspects of AR, AP, Taxes, Income Statements, Cash Flow</li>
<li>Sales analysis, commission reports, customer rebates</li>
<li>Hire and train team members as needed</li>
<li>Maintain excellent third-party relationships with banks, lenders, vendors, customers&nbsp;</li>
<li>Create cost management plans, resource allocations, financial planning&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Skills &amp; Experience
<ul>
<li>Accounting experience in Manufacturing environment preferred&nbsp;</li>
<li>Microsoft Office&nbsp;</li>
<li>ERP Software Experience - SAP, SAGE, Dynamics, Epicore</li>
