A company operating within the Technology & Telecoms industry are looking for a technical programme manager to join their senior team.

Job Description

• Process Mapping & Current-State Assessment
• Cost-to-Serve & Performance Analysis
• Customer Experience & Outcome Improvement
• Opportunity Identification & Solution Delivery
• Manage and track project progress across multiple work streams to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on project goals and requirements.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and ensure transparency.
• Ensure proper allocation of resources to achieve project objectives efficiently.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive collaboration and problem-solving.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure spending aligns with financial plans.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and reporting for future reference.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Technical Programme Manager should have:

• Hands on experience in technical programme delivery
• Strong expertise in process mapping and customer journey mapping
• Experience in reducing cost to serve, contact volumes/ failure demand
• Strong analytical capability
• Confident in analysing operational data
• Strong experience in managing technical projects within the Technology & Telecoms sector.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to effectively share updates and manage expectations.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• A proactive approach to identifying and addressing risks or challenges.
• Strong expertise in process mapping and customer journey mapping
• Experience in reducing cost to serve, contact volumes/ failure demand
• Strong analytical capability
• confident in analysing operational data

What's on Offer

• Daily rate - outside IR35 ( DOE ) senior level only
• hybrid - 3 days on site Somerset
• Initial 3 month with possibility to extend
