<p><strong>Recruitment Consultant</strong></p> <p>Mydas Recruitment are a specialist  multi disciplinary and multi sector recruitment consultancy.</p> <p>We have been operating since 1993 operating in the Aerospace, Defence, Manufacturing &amp; Engineering sectors, we have developed an unrivaled knowledge and client base within these sector.<br /> We work with a host of clients in Northern Ireland, UK, Europe, North America and the Middle East.</p> <p>Due to ongoing growth &amp; demand we have a requirement for a recruitment consultant to join our team.</p> <p>The Role:</p> <p>Joining a small but growing team with an excellent reputation within our sectors, you will take up a role with a focus on client retention, client management, research, business development and ultimately sales.</p> <p>We need intelligent, determined, focused individuals with a recruitment background (3+ years) in Aerospace, Manufacturing, technology, engineering or science.</p> <p>Day to day:<br /> Manage your own recruitment desk &#8211; developing a network of client companies, arranging interviews, prepping candidates, salary negotiations and providing feedback.<br /> Research &#8211; formulate a strategy around identifying clients you want to work with &amp; how.<br /> Provide a focused, research led search across multiple channels including, social media, cv databases, referrals etc.<br /> Headhunt suitable talent and build a pipeline of candidates.<br /> Attend relevant sector specific networking events</p> <p>Your experience:<br /> 3+ years&#8217; previous recruitment experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, technology, engineering or science;<br /> Excellent sector knowledge &amp; contacts<br /> Experience of sourcing &amp; headhunting temp and perm candidates<br /> Strong work ethic;<br /> Drive, ambition, resilience;<br /> Experience of using various social media channels;<br /> Excellent written and verbal communication skills;<br /> Work to achievable targets<br /> Appropriate training will be provided and any relevant L&amp;D.</p> <p>Rewards:<br /> Uncapped Commission.<br /> Competitive Salary.<br /> Opportunity to travel to clients globally.<br /> Weekly Friday buns!<br /> Fresh Fruit daily, tea, coffee etc<br /> Early finish on a Friday<br /> Casual Fridays.<br /> An inclusive office environment that celebrates the wins/losses together.<br /> A clear pathway to senior consultant, Team Lead etc.<br /> Regular rewards for hitting various targets.<br /> A monthly ideas/solutions initiative whereby you will be rewarded for improving/solving/making suggestions regarding the business<br /> Flexibility around schedule (Start / finish early)<br /> Out of the City office &#8211; no parking charges / lots of space!
