You’ll: Drive a clean, disciplined month-end process Build reliable forecasts that shape strategy Provide clear insight into performance and profitability Partner with leadership to influence key decisions What You’ll Be Doing: Monthly Reporting & Close Own the month-end process across the business Produce accurate management accounts with full accruals and prepayments Ensure consistency, accuracy, and timely reporting Cost & Revenue Analysis Track cost of sales across channels, products, and customer segments Ensure accurate allocation and reconciliation of costs Analyse margins and performance drivers Budgeting & Forecasting Support annual budgeting processes Build and maintain rolling forecasts Deliver realistic, data-backed financial projections Variance Analysis & Insight Investigate and explain variances vs budget and prior performance Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights Highlight risks, trends, and opportunities Controls & Process Improvement Strengthen financial controls and transaction accuracy Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting Improve systems and processes as the business scales What We’re Looking For 2–4 years’ experience in management accounting or finance operations Strong technical grounding (accruals, prepayments, month-end, cost allocation) Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build models and dashboards High attention to detail - accuracy is non-negotiable Commercial awareness - you understand the “why” behind the numbers Confident communicator able to present insights clearly Proactive, self-starting mindset with a focus on improvement Comfortable working in a fast-growing, evolving environment Why Join?
