The Role

Working closely with the General Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day leadership of the restaurant, ensuring operational excellence, exceptional guest satisfaction, and strong commercial performance.

You will be visible on the floor, leading from the front and creating an environment where both guests and team members feel valued.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager, Deputy Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Background within a branded casual fine dining or premium hospitality environment.
• A genuinely guest-centric approach with a passion for creating outstanding experiences.
• Strong people leadership skills with experience developing, coaching, and motivating teams.
• Commercial awareness with an understanding of sales, labour, and operational controls.
• A hands-on operator who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Positive, energetic, and adaptable leadership style.
