Finance Manager

Finance Manager role based in Bedford, United Kingdom, with hybrid working and 3 days a week in the office.

This is a brand new role in a growing tech business where finance needs more ownership, better visibility and less reliance on manual process.

The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO and take ownership of the finance function, including process, reporting, controls, billing flow and improvement.

The role will focus on financial transformational change, improving legacy processes, strengthening financial MI, building better forward visibility and helping the business move away from manual admin into a more joined-up, automated and scalable finance function.

The successful candidate will likely already be a Finance Manager, Financial Controller or Senior Finance Lead in a fast-paced SME. They should be comfortable with Xero, management accounts, forecasting, cash flow, billing, controls and process improvement.

ACCA, CIMA, ACA or a strong qualified-by-experience background will be considered.
