In this position, you will sit at the intersection of advanced analytics, digital product development, and operational transformation — driving measurable impact across supply chain, manufacturing, quality, EH&S, and business operations within the pharmaceutical value chain. What You’ll Do Build and deploy AI/ML, optimization, and advanced analytics solutions at enterprise scale Lead high-impact operational analytics initiatives across supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, and planning Drive adoption of AI and data science capabilities across the organization Partner with business leaders to solve complex operational challenges What My Client is Seeking 10+ years of PHARMA experience delivering advanced analytics, AI/ML, or operations research solutions with measurable business impact Strong expertise in Python, SQL, ML frameworks, and cloud-native development (AWS preferred) Experience with optimization tools such as OR-Tools, Gurobi, or Pyomo strongly preferred Deep understanding of machine learning, GenAI/LLMs, MLOps, and scalable AI systems Strong communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills
